Description of Research
The primary objective of this research study is to assess the amount of pigmentation (color) in the trabecular meshwork in subjects with open-angle glaucoma who require a trabeculectomy.

Patients diagnosed with open-angle glaucoma, who require a trabeculectomy and have dosed with TRAVATAN for at least two years.
