Patient Meals

Saint Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital and Saint Joseph Mercy Saline Hospital
On most of the patient care units, patient tray service begins at the following times:
Breakfast: 7 to 7:30 a.m.
Lunch: Noon to 12:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 to 5:15 p.m.

St. Joseph Mercy Hospital
On most of the patient care units, meals are served at the following times:
Breakfast: 7:15 to 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: Noon to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.

If you miss a meal because of a test or treatment, we will be happy to get a replacement meal for you. Simply inform your caregiver that you would like a meal.

Your diet is an important part of your medical care. If you have questions about the menu or your meals, please speak with your caregiver.
