Discharge from the Hospital
On the day you are discharged from the hospital, please be prepared to leave
as soon as your doctor discharges you and arrangements have been made for someone
to pick you up. Once you are in the lobby ready to leave, please ask the person
picking you up to pull up to the entrance. This area is specifically for patients
like you who are waiting to be picked up. It is not for parking. Vehicles left
unattended in fire lanes are subject to ticketing. Our staff will be happy to
assist you in loading personal belongings and medical equipment, and to help
you into your vehicle.
When you are discharged from the hospital, please remember to take all of
your personal belongings. If you do forget something, please call the following
