The goals of the Physician Relations Department are to promote positive medical staff relationships and satisfaction with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System services and to facilitate effective communications with referring health care professionals.

Physician Relations can help physicians and their staff become familiar with system services, ease their access to system resources and providers, and address practice- or patient-related questions.

  This toll-free, dedicated line is for physicians and their office staff to process admissions, emergency transportation, and non-urgent physician and service referrals. This line also puts physicians in touch with on-call specialists and attending physicians.
