Fitness Consultation: Our Fitness Consultation Package gives you a framework of three measurements:
- Body Composition Measurement
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Girth Measurement Analysis
Complete Personal Fitness Assessment: Our complete Fitness Consultation Package includes the above services as well as the following physical tests.
- Cardiovascular test
- Strength test
- Flexibility test
Personal Training/Team Training
We start with a private consultation and/or a Fitness Assessment to determine and discuss your fitness needs and goals. Together, we explore the types of exercise and activity you enjoy most, and develop an optimal fitness plan just for you! We then schedule a follow-up session to begin your fitness program.
Personal training sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and we recommend a minimum of two sessions. The first session will help to acquaint you with the exercises and the overall fitness program. The second session allows the trainer to check your progress and make further suggestions. You can also customize your program to include additional one-on-one training sessions. In addition, you can train with a friend or up to 3 other people at the same time for a wonderful combination of the one-on-one attention you get with a personal trainer with a group fitness flare to your session.
