Drop-in Rates Available: Can't attend a full session, but still want to enjoy the fitness program? Drop-in for a class when it is convenient for you! Class drop-in rates:

45 minute class $8.00

Group Fitness Exercise Classes

Pilates Matwork: A workout that emphasizes the muscles of the core section - back, abdominals, pelvic area. Also includes arm and leg exercises.

Power Yoga: This challenging yoga practice includes flowing vinyasa sequences designed to build tremendous upper body and core strength, increase your heart rate, and get your blood pumping. Be prepared to breathe, move, and sweat.

Strength Training: Tone, firm, and strengthen your upper body, abs, back, hips and thighs. Hand-held weights, resistance bands, tubing and fitness balls are used.

Yoga For Beginners: If you've never taken a yoga class, this is the place for you! Beginning level instruction of flowing and held poses, with a focus on stretching and relaxing. Final meditation and relaxation segment included. Modifications provided and chairs, blocks and straps can be used to assist.

Walk it Off - Walking Circuit Training Program: Get cardio and strength training all in one class. Take a walk with your equipment and incorporate walking with circuit training. Whether it's weight or stress you need to walk off…walk it off with a friend!

Yoga - Level I: Flowing and held poses practiced to improve flexibility, strength, balance and posture, and reduce stress. Relaxation segment included. No headstands. Modifications offered. Mats provided or bring your own

Stretch and Tone: A no-sweat toning and stretching class with an emphasis on simple exercises, balance and flexibility. All levels welcome. This class is a great way to tone your muscles and increase flexibility at the same time.

Zumba - NEW! A Latin-inspired dance/fitness class designed to tone, sculpt and keep you coming back! Aerobic and interval training are all part of the fun…it's 'exercise in disguise'. Classes are different, easy and effective, and the music is GREAT! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Zumba is the hottest fitness class around!

Tai Chi - NEW! Tai Chi is very peaceful, low impact, body movements. It's an easy, mental and physical exercise that can be done either standing or sitting. Studies have proven Tai Chi improves balance, health and memory for every age group, especially seniors.

Nutricare Fitness Weight Loss Program
An ongoing, all-inclusive weight management program that emphasizes nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes. Nutricare Fitness is led by a clinical team, which includes a registered dietitian, social worker and exercise physiologist. $20 registration fee required (includes class materials, therabands and pedometer).
