You automatically qualify for help with your prescriptions. If you do not choose a plan, you will be assigned one. You will have no premium or deductible and you will pay $2.15 for generic medications and $5.35 for brand name medications. After you pay $3850 out of pocket your medications will be covered 100%. You can change plans at any time during the year.
