When is my payment due?

Co-pays and deductibles are payments expected at the time of service. At times a down payment may be required prior to service. Patients without insurance are expected to make payment in full. Cash, check or credit cards (Master Card, VISA, American Express, Discover and check by phone) are all accepted. Outstanding patient balances are due upon receipt of statement.
